Empowering Students

Scio High School has a strong tradition of working with the community and students and moving forward with curriculum, assessments and extracurricular offerings. Educating the students starts with the curriculum taught in the academic classroom, but is so much more than that. With strong career and technical education course offerings, and our partnership with Linn-Benton Community College, we want to empower our students and help them with their goals for life after high school. We also offer a wide range of extracurricular activities that are another opportunity for students to identify their strengths, connect with others and help them build employability skills such as leadership, civic mindedness, teamwork, and time management skills.
