Winter Drivers Ed Information

Winter term for Driver Education will begin  February 5th 2024

A required parent meeting will take place on Jan 29th at 6:00pm .  You will receive some emails in the weeks leading up to the parent meeting with more details about the class . Make sure that you register an email that you check regularly.  Email will be the only form or reminders that will be sent out for the parent meeting.

Classroom meetings will be on some MON (6:00pm -8:00pm) and SAT (9:00am -11:30am) at  SHS

Dates of class meetings: 2/5, 2/10, 2/12, 2.26, 3/4, 3/11, 3/16. 3/18, 3/23. 4/1, 4/6, 4/8, 4/13, 4/20, 4/22, 4/27

Students will also schedule 6 drive lessons that last 2 hours each.  You will get a calendar of possible drive times at the parent meeting.

Registration will close Jan 15th or when we get to 24 registered students.

Eligibility requirements:

-Students must be students of Scio High School or live within the district boundaries to be eligible to register for this class.

-STUDENTS MUST HAVE A VALID OREGON PERMIT TO REGISTER FOR THIS CLASS
